Tire problem vibration for 95 Toyota T100 truck when hitting bumps

Symptoms:

In the last 4 weeks, my T100 Toyota truck will shake violently either when hitting bumps or while driving at a smooth road. When this problem occurs, the steering wheel or the cab flooring will also shake. I brought to an alignment shop and all the 4 tires were balanced but problem persists on coming back. What do I check first?

Tire Problem Advisor:

The first and foremost way to check this is to substitute a good known 4 tires from a similar type of truck that does not exhibit the tire problem. After replacing them, go for a road test and observe if the problem comes back. If not, put a new set of tires. Make sure you buy tires that are all the same sizes and tire speed rating recommended by the manufacturer. However, if the symptoms of shaking do not stop after substituting the tires, take the truck for front-end alignment and check all suspension parts for looseness or worn out parts.

Notes:

When in doubt, bring your vehicle to an authorized Toyota dealer shop.

Above repair is only a recommendation and you do this at your own risk. Always have your vehicle align after replacing the tires to prevent repetition of the tire problem.
