Tire Problem Advisor:
There are 3 areas that can cause this problem which you can check:
Defective tires; try swapping a good working set of tires from a known
truck without vibration and road test it. If it does not change the vibration
it proves that the tires were OK.
Check the front-end parts for possible hidden worn parts.
Check the track bar from the truck frame to the front axle. Pay particular
attention to the track bar bushings and test it for wear by prying it.
Notes:
The track bar bushing is a common fault found by a lot of front alignment garages.
Ford suggests torquing your tire wheels bolts during installation. These
will help prevent vibration and distortion of the tire wheels.
When in doubt and as a last resort bring your vehicle to authorized Ford dealer shop to resolve this tire problem.
