One set has a T handle insertion tool together with rubber plugs to seal the hole and an air inflator tool with CO2 cartridges plus instructions.

Second set contains a reamer to clean the tire hole, an insertion tool to insert a rubber-threaded plug to the hole, a plug adhesive or sealer and a scissor to cut excess plugs. Bigger holes could use more plugs.
Both of these kits above are usually packed so you can store them in your vehicle.
Another word of caution: For any tire repair kit or atv tire repair kit sold online, some of them has ozone depleting substance (ODS) and this is usually mixed on the adhesive used in the kit. The price is usually cheaper but it is dangerous to our environment. Always ask your online distributor if it if free from ODS.
